Sparkling Lake Quicksilver

Sparkling Lake in Jiu Zhai Gou (9 Village Gorge), Sichuan Province, China gets its name from the iridescent, tiny ripples that coat the surface of the lake most afternoons. Sunlight at the right angle with just enough cloud cover in the right place produces an amazing image. Gaze at the water...it seems to pull your senses along with it.
